1. When you have booked we invite you to use our "Guest Portal". Within this "Guest Portal" you can see your booking details and where you can send us a message. We will respond to your message into the "Guest Portal".
2. The Guest Portal can’t be used for cancellations or extensions of your stay. For cancellations or extensions you can contact call us or send us a contactform (see below).
3. You can also contact your Local Host after you received the contact details.
4. You can send us a WhatsApp message. If you are a Guest, we advise you to add your bookingnumber so we can respond quickly and properly.
5. You can send us an email. If you are a Guest, we advise you to add your booking-number so we can respond quickly and properly.
6. You can send us a contact form, which you can find in the contact pages.
